OUR MISSION
We help the food industry to deliver sustainable safe food with the best quality by designing & developing advanced innovative technology & solutions.
WHAT WE DO
Advanced Food-Tech Solutions provides technical and consultant services to Food and Beverage Industry in food processing and packaging, food safety, food engineering, equipment design and improvement, FDA and USDA regulations, and interpretation.
Services

We design, review, and troubleshoot thermal processes across aseptic, HTST, retort/canning, hot-fill, and low-moisture lines. Includes R&D & product development, formulation for stability (pH, water activity, rheology), packaging selection (aseptic/retort), shelf-life & challenge studies, scheduled processes, risk assessments, and regulatory alignment (FDA, PMO, EU/global).

From hold-tube sizing to residence-time/exit-temperature targets, we turn requirements into engineered specs. We cover heat exchangers (plate, tubular, scraped-surface), mixers, retorts, fillers, piping/controls, and advanced tech (microwave, ohmic). Deliverables: vendor selection, P&IDs, FAT/SAT, and commissioning.

SIP (systems/fillers), aseptic packaging sterilization, media fills, holding-time/flow checks, and in-container heat-penetration/temperature-distribution — with protocols, data packs, CAPA, audits, and audit-ready reports.

On-site workshops and self-paced e-learning, certificate courses: Advanced Process Calculations, Ball’s Method for Canned Foods, and General Principles of Thermal Processing. Practical exercises, downloadable tools, and team upskilling for operations, QA, and engineering.

Our tools accelerate decisions and documentation: AdvThermaLogic for continuous-flow calculations (coming 16 Dec. 2025) (F-/D-/z-values, residence time, hold-tube design, expansion, Reynolds/regime), Reynolds number Calculator and a Non-Newtonian analyzer for model fitting and Re estimation. Unit-aware conversions, clean charts/tables, and PDF reports—available as licensed desktop apps.
